La Croce Fiorita — the flowering cross
A throw quilt built from charm squares and straight seams. Feathered Roses corners frame each floral block, and a wide cross of coordinating prints runs down the centre and across the middle. On a 4×5 grid the cross fills the two centre columns and the full middle row: 12 cross blocks and 8 floral blocks, held together with cream sashing and Feathered Roses cornerstones, finished with a deep plum border.
